Suite 000 occupies the original drafting room of Lescher & Mahoney, one of the most prolific architecture firms in the history of Phoenix. Founded in 1910, the firm shaped the city's skyline for more than six decades. Completed in 1963, the building features sculpted precast concrete panels wrapping an internal concrete skeleton, shading the windows from the desert sun, while a split-level plan arranges three asymmetrical wings around a landscaped square courtyard entered through a formal gateway. It remains today one of the most iconic mid-century modern buildings in Phoenix, with masterfully designed interior and exterior spaces.
